Refund and Returns Policy

At Embroidery Making Tool, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy. This gives you up to 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required to process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt. If you discover any damage, defects, or if you received the wrong item, please notify us right away. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned if opened or used. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you are unsure about a specific product, please contact us for clarification.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we suggest returning the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
